Paseo Beaumont
Specific Plan and Mitigated Negative Declaration | Beaumont, California

Applied Planning prepared the Specific Plan and associated Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Paseo Beaumont Project. Paseo Beaumont proposed the development of 194,569 square feet of commercial and related uses on 17.35 acres located northwesterly of the intersection of Second Street and Highland Springs Avenue, immediately southwesterly of the Interstate 10/Highland Springs Avenue interchange. Second Street, which was realigned as part of the Project, forms the site’s southern boundary.
The Specific Plan was developed to provide innovative standards within the Project site, while allowing for a creative project design that relates to the surrounding context of the site. Second Street was recently realigned and the Project has been developed.
