Applied Planning prepared the Environmental Impact Report for the Perris Ridge Commerce Center II Project. The Project was developed within a 96.25-acre site, configured within two separate parcels to the north and south of land owned by the Metropolitan Water District (MWD). The Project site is located in western Riverside County and in the northerly portion of the City of Perris.
The Project site is designed to accommodate two buildings of light industrial uses. Specifically, the southern building will be approximately 1.2 million square feet, and the northern building will be approximately 780,000 square feet.
