Perris Ridge Commerce Center
Environmental Impact Report | Perris, California

Development concepts for this Project proposed up to 1,907,124 square feet of light industrial uses within the approximately 90-acre Project site. The Project involved construction and operation of two separate industrial buildings, one of which totaled approximately 600,000 square feet located in the northerly portion of the Project site, and a second of approximately 1.3 million square feet located in the southerly portion of the Project site. Approximately 1,108 paved parking spaces were provided. The Project also implemented all necessary supporting utilities and roadway improvements. Issues of concern included land use; transportation and circulation; and air quality, specifically, the potential impacts associated with risks from toxic air contaminants, including diesel emissions.
