Project Detail

Target Retail Commercial Center

Negative Declaration |  Buena Park, California

This Project involved the demolition of the Sequoia Conference Center, a dated 223,828-square-foot, 2-story, multi-purpose structure, and subsequent redevelopment of the subject property. Redevelopment of the vacated site included a Target store and other commercial/retail uses, totaling some 182,959 square feet.

Environmental analysis of the Project determined that proposed redevelopment of the property would not result in discernibly different, or increased environmental effects when compared to the site’s previous Sequoia Conference Center occupancy. Accordingly, CEQA documentation for the Project was accomplished under a Negative Declaration.
