Applied Planning’s professional staff have consistently demonstrated aptitude in addressing and resolving an array of land use and associated environmental issues for our public and private sector clients. Recent projects include specific plans (commercial, industrial and residential), varied commercial/retail projects, residential tracts, mixed-use proposals, redevelopment plans and projects within redevelopment areas, and publicly-financed infrastructure plans and programs. In support of these projects, Applied Planning has provided guidance as to the breadth and scope of the environmental analysis, developed creative strategies to address and mitigate identified impacts and fostered all work to its successful completion.
