The Ranch at Eastvale

The Ranch at Eastvale Specific Plan provided a comprehensive set of plans, regulations, conditions, and programs for guiding the systematic development of the Specific Plan area. The Specific Plan included a land use plan, designation of planning areas, development standards, and design and landscaping guidelines to create a cohesive, high-quality, retail, business, and industrial park.

The Specific Plan included approximately 45.6 acres of business park, 17.5 acres of commercial retail, and 44.5 acres of light industrial uses. In total, the Specific Plan provided approximately 1.8 million square feet of development.

The Specific Plan area and vicinity has historically been comprised of dairy operations and agricultural uses. At the time of the Specific Plan Amendment, the Specific Plan area consisted of active agricultural uses and a 98-acre dairy.
